The Silver Jubilee prides itself on offering first class accommodation with high standards of furnishings and cleanliness throughout the property. As a small hotel located in the heart of Newquay, every effort will be made to ensure you have a wonderful stay.
The Silver Jubilee is a small hotel ideally situated on the level in the heart of Newquay, close to amenities including the shopping centre, bus and railway stations. Our fine sandy beaches and harbour are all approximately three minutes away. To get away from the crowds, you can take a short stroll to Trenance Gardens and relax amongst the attractive flower displays and rose garden. Nightly entertainment which includes ballroom, sequence and disco dancing for all ages are close by . Unlimited use of social clubs is also within easy reach, so whatever your age, your evening's enjoyment is guaranteed. You may like to enjoy a pre-dinner drink in our comfortable bar lounge, or join us and relax during the evening. Stay in luxury in one of our seven ensuite rooms, Mousehole, Lamorna Cove, Crantock, Carbis Bay, Kynance Cove, Mullion Cove or Sennen Cove. Breakfast is served in the dining room with an option of continental or cooked items. Evening meals are available during the summer months with a childrens menu and vegetarian options available.
The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station and 4 minutes from the bus station. The nearest airport is a 20 minute bus or taxi ride away.
By car:
- Take the A30.
- Join the A392 to Quintrell Downs roundabout and turn right into the A3058 Porth/Newquay road.
- Follow this road until you see the railway station on your left.
- Ahead is a set of traffic lights where you are forced to turn left, this is Berry Road; the hotel is the 4th building on the left, with Palm Trees outside.
By car:
- Take the A30.
- Join the A392 to Quintrell Downs roundabout and turn right into the A3058 Porth/Newquay road.
- Follow this road until you see the railway station on your left.

Carbis Bay
This is our smallest double room. Although it contains a double bed it may also be booked on a single occupancy basis (as there are no single rooms), being half the standard double rate plus 10 GBP per night.
Crantock
This is the largest room and contains a double bed plus a children's double bunk.<BR><BR>It is ideal for 2 adults + 2 children. However it is not suited for groups of 4 adults.
Mullion - Double Room
There are assistance handles on the bath and in front of the toilet.
Kynance - Double/Twin Room
This room contains a double and a single bed. Ideal as a large double room, twin room, or a room for a family with one child.<BR><BR>Please state when booking if you would like a double or twin arrangement.
