Woodgrove Lodge is approached up a drive of pine trees from the Gannel road situated in a quiet location overlooking the river Gannel in Newquay. The property was built in 2000 and is a split level house with the 3 Guest rooms on the ground floor and the Dinning Room on the first floor. The Dinning room opens onto a Balcony where breakfast can be served on sunny mornings overlooking the river with an abundance of birds and squirrels in the trees to watch whilst enjoying your Full English Breakfast. Breakfast served between 8-30 and 9-30 or by arrangement. Plenty of safe parking. Rooms: 1 Double en-suite room with freeview TV 1 Double En-suite room with freeview TV 1 Twin en-suite room with large bathroom freeview TV Each room has Tea/Coffee making facilities Hairdryer Tissues soap shower gel Ironing facilities are available on reguest. Your own front door and room key. Woodgrove is approx 15 mins walk from the town centre and beaches. There are lovely walks from the house along the river around Trenance boating lake and gardens or along the cliffs and beaches. The famous Fistral Surfing beach is only 5 mins drive. This makes Woodgrove a perfect base for touring the rest of Cornwall. With most places assessable within an hours Drive. Newquay airport is only 15 minutes drive. Transfers can be arranged. Rail & bus station 5 mins drive. Eden project Nr St Austel Rick Steins Seafood restaurant in Padstow 30 mins drive. Jamie Olivers retaurant 10 mins away at Watergate Bay.
