Holmwood Guesthouse is situated in a central position 150 yards from Tolcarne and Great Western beaches and the Newquay centre. All of the delights and attractions of this part of Cornwall are at your doorstep which makes us ideal for your stay.
Welcome to Homlwood Guest House. Within five minutes walk are the colourful Trenance gardens, tennis courts, bowling greens, boating lake, riding stables, Newquay Zoo and Waterworld. The train station is within walking distance as is the town. Short breaks are available in early and late season. Holmwood Guesthouse is an excellent base to enjoy the sights and attractions of Newquay, which is a premier resort from which to visit the picturesque villages and harbours of Cornwall and famous attractions like the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project which is only 35 minutes away. Home to Europes finest surfing beaches, you can learn to surf at the new National Surfing Centre located on Fistral Beach or try any of the extreme sports now so popular in Newquay. It is a paradise for children with many fun days out nearby such as Flambards, Trenance Gardens, Boating Lake, Newquay Zoo, Dairyland with indoor bullpen where kids can play on dropslides and ball pools. There is always something new to do in Cornwall with a warm climate which creates many opportunities to get outside and explore. By Road
Leave the M5 (Exeter) and join the A30. leave the A30 and join the A392 at Indian Queens signposted Newquay. Follow the A392 to Quintrell downs and at the roundabout turn right going over the train crossing. Stay on this road going straight across a double roundabout, continuing go straight across a mini roundabout, take the second on the left into Edgcumbe ave. We are half way down on the left side.

Family Room

This family room has been refurbished and decorated to a high standard. The room can accommodate a family of 4 and there is also room for a cot. <BR><BR>Please note that the quoted room rate is based upon 2 adults and 2 children sharing the room. If 4 adults book this room, there will be an additional cost.<BR><BR>This room requires a minimum 3-night booking for any public holiday period. One night bookings are not accepted in June, July and August.

Twin En-suite

This Twin en-suite room has been refurbished and decorated to a high standard,With TV DVD player, radio alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities. A minimum 3 nights booking for any bank holiday period, 1 night bookings will not be accepted in June July or August. <BR>Sleeps 2. Non-smoking.

Double Room

All of the double rooms have been refurbished and decorated to a high standard. All 3 rooms have very comfortable double beds and can accommodate 2 adults. One of the rooms can also accommodate a cot.
