The Three Tees is a non-smoking family-run nine bedroom licensed hotel with a friendly and informal atmosphere.
The Three Tees is situated in the quiet Lusty Glaze area of Newquay, a short walk from the beach, and 1015 mins walk from the town centre. Children and Pets welcome - we do not cater for groups. Rated AA three Star Guest Accommodation, AA Red Diamond Award 2005-2007, Highly Commended 2007-9. All of our non-smoking bedrooms are fully en-suite or with private bathroom, and have colour televisions and teacoffee making facilities. Adjacent to our large dining room is a cosy bar and conservatory, opening onto an attractive fully-enclosed garden. A collection of childrens books, videos and games is situated in our large, non-smoking lounge.
By Road:
- From the A30, take the A392 signposted Newquay.
- At Quintrell Downs roundabout, take the right-hand turn (A3058), signposted Porth.
- At the double roundabout following the BP Garage, go straight over and take the 3rd turning on your right.
- You'll see the Three Tees Hotel straight ahead.
By Train/ Coach:
The hotel is less than a 5-minute ride by taxi from either station.
By Air:
The hotel is about 6 miles from the airport, 10-15 minutes drive, 8-10 minutes by cab.
By Foot:
Exit the train station onto the main road and turn right into Cliff Road with Great Western Hotel on your left. Keep going for around 10 minutes, staying on the right-hand side of the road. After Pippas Restaurant, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing opposite the shops and keep going in the same direction. Take the next left and you'll see us straight ahead.
